Privacy and data use

What We Collect
When you submit an intake, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, state, ZIP code, your dog's name and weight, and answers about scratching, licking, skin changes, timing, warning signs, options you may be open to exploring, and recent context.
We may also collect basic analytics and attribution details, such as the page viewed, ad campaign parameters, experiment variant, device/browser information, and interaction events like starting or completing the intake.
We may use privacy-protective session replay to understand site performance and improve the intake experience. When enabled, form inputs are masked so typed intake answers, contact details, and ZIP codes are not visible in recordings.
How We Use It
We use this information to receive and organize your submission, flag warning signs that may need urgent veterinary attention, understand state availability, send confirmation or follow-up emails, improve the product, and measure whether ads are reaching the right people.
What This Is Not
Get Pet Relief is not an emergency service and does not provide automated diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment. If signs are severe or rapidly worsening, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic now.
Service Providers
We use vendors for hosting, database storage, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process information only to help operate and improve Get Pet Relief. We do not sell personal information.
Your Choices
To ask about your submission or request deletion, email hello@getpetrelief.com. We may keep limited records when needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Changes
We may update this page as the product changes, especially before launching licensed review, payment, or pharmacy workflows.
